DON'T GIVE UP - Look at me now. Entering my 4 weeks of dieting and didn't loose much. By now usually, I would give up 👆. This time I am really DEDICATED . I don't want to start over again,and again. I eat healthy, do my exercise, even started weights. So, there is a few reason why we don't loose weight. Skipping meals, is not good. If you eat before bed time, it may raise your body blood sugar and insulin which make it harder to burn fat. Stress, can be another factor. Slow metabolism, eating to little, that I think this is my problem right now. And big problem is not getting enough 😴 sleep. I do have a thyroid problem, that probably not helping to. ❤️ I should say with all this, I am COMMITTED this time. I will start writing down what I eat and do adjustments accordingly. TUNA SALAD 🥗 - simple, Fast and healthy ♥️, that was my supper today. It is all about BALANCE. After, eating in the restaurant yesterday, today I was back to my HEALTHY ROUTINE. In the morning, I had almond milk 🥛, with nuts 🤪, fruits and bran buds. Lunch I ate soup with chicken, and tonight, I had the tuna salad 🥗. Working hard to loose my pounds. I don't care how long it will take me. I am concentrating on my GOAL. And my goal is to continue to eat HEALTHY, continue to EXCERSICE and learn how to stay healthy, not to let STRESS , sabotage my JOURNEY. Is it true that some days we don't feel like COOKING , and PREPARING . And 🤔 Thinking what to make.? That was my day today. 😏 Tonight I wanted something that will be HEALTHY , FAST , and that can SATISFIED my MOOD . So I prepared this banana 🍌blueberries pancake NO FLOUR. It came good. I took one banana 🍌, blueberries, one egg 🥚 with egg whites, maybe 1/4 of a cup, one tbsp pumpkin 🎃 seeds, and sunflower 🌻 seeds two ✌️ tbsp oatmeal, cinnamon. Mix all together. Spray oil on the pan. I should mention that it is not easy to turn all of it in one shut , I turn 1/4 by 1/4. It is a bit messy but the taste is amazing. Add unsweetened apple sauce. Delish 👍. This can be a nice meal for breakfast. It is very filling . The yogurt I will eat later. Tonight, simple delicious meal. Love 😍 this one. Is it EASY? Of course NOT . Yesterday, I had a bad day. After a few weeks that I was very good with food. I was craving refine carbs. So, I ate 3 bagels, and chocolate denish. Than came the bloating. I was 🤔 thinking, is this was worth it? But, I am very proud of myself. Usually, before when I had a cheat day, I will continue with my BAD HABITS . Not this time. Today, I went to the gym, did my cardio and weights, and back to my HEALTHY eating ROUTINE 👏👏👏👏 I will check my thyroid (l have hasimoto) to see if this is the reason I am not loosing my weight. So, my spirit is high and I stay POSITIVE . Keep my body STRONG 💪 ,and my mind SHARP with my studying. To all of you that struggle, I understand, I know how hard it is. DELISH 👌 This pancake did not fall a part.👏👏👍💪🙂❤️ I took a half a banana 🍌, 3 tbsp oatmeal, 1/4 cup egg 🥚 whites, 1 ⚀ tbsp pumpkin 🎃 seeds, cinnamon. Mix all together. On the pan I spray oil and put 1/2 Tbsp coconut 🥥 oil. Top with blueberries and one pear 🍐. Wonderfull, light supper, or can be breakfast to. After the holiday - 💪back💪 to the GYM 🏋️‍♀️, gain a few pounds 👹👿. Starting cleansing my body. In the next few days, lots of vegetables, fruits, salads. I have to say looking at the people today at my gym, I was wondering, if it is easy for them to come. It is never easy for me . Thank God for my neighbour that pushes me to go. But after I do my excersice, my weights, I FEEL 👍GREAT.👍 So, tommorow I will go again to the gym, knowing the good feeling I am getting from it, and what it does for my body. ❤️ So, for all of you there that don't like to go to the gym, it is still beautiful outside, take a walk, GO OUT , 🚶‍♀️🚶‍♀️MOVE🚶‍♂️🚶‍♂️.
